Starline VPS provides cloud hosting services including shared hosting and dedicated hosting solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Host or distribute illegal content
• Engage in spam, phishing, or other fraudulent activities
• Launch DDoS attacks or other network abuse
• Mine cryptocurrency without explicit permission
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Store or transmit child exploitation material

5. Payment and Billing

All fees are due in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is required to maintain active service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

7. Data Backup

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Starline VPS is not responsible for data loss. We recommend implementing your own backup strategy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, all data may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Starline VPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
